Our Site is operated by Micheldever Tyre Services Limited, (our, us and we).  We are a limited liability company registered in England and Wales under company number 01817398 and have our registered office at Micheldever Station, Winchester, Hampshire SO21 3AP.

We may revise these Terms of Website Use at any time by amending this page.  Please check this page regularly to take notice of any changes, as they are binding on you.

We may update our Site from time to time, and may change the content at any time.  However, please note that any content on our Site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update it.

Our Site is made available free of charge.

If any part of these Terms of Website Use is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, all other parts of these Terms of Website Use shall be unaffected and shall remain in force.

These Terms of Website Use, its subject matter and its formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
